Goop App User Agreement

Effective Date: April 21, 2025

Welcome to Goop! By accessing or using the Goop app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The Goop app is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. If you are under 17, you must refrain from using this service.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Goop or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of the App’s content without permission from Goop.

6. Limitation of Liability

Goop is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the service.

7. Termination

Goop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of this Agreement or any other reason deemed appropriate by Goop.

8. Updates to the Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "Effective Date." It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes.
